BirmingJam will be at the Thomas Jefferson Tower on the second floor. Entrance to the event and valet is located on the 2nd Avenue side of the building, through the lobby. The venue is divided into 5 rooms; Lobby, Ballroom, Parlor, Terrace, and Restaurant. Each room will have different aspects to them, respectively.
The Lobby will have circus performers, acrobats, and fire dancers as well as light hors d’oeuvres and a stand-alone cash bar with some music and a DJ playing intermittently. Moreover, there will be games like giant Jenga, giant checkers, and more. There will also be a silent auction staged in the lobby.
The Ballroom will have a stage for the live music acts as well as a dance floor for all guests. The ballroom also has spacious windows, great for viewing the midnight finale. Additionally, there will be multiple cash bars, high top tables, hors d'oeuvres, party favors, as well as a stand-alone open bar and seating for a more intimate setting. Moreover, there will be servers, high top tables, and a champagne toast at midnight.
The Restaurant, “Roots & Revelry” will have a full dinner with servers and seating for VIP guests who purchase the "VIP with Dinner" or "Couple's VIP with Dinner" ticket.
The Outside Terrace is for all guests, but there will be space reserved on the terrace for VIP guests to view fireworks with seating. The other part of the terrace will be open to all guests to view fireworks.
VIP guests will be able to move to any part of the five sections as they please while general admission guests are asked to stay in either the ballroom, lobby, or terrace.
We will even have attendants in the rest rooms, for all guests to appreciate! So start making your plans now, we'll see you at BirmingJam!
